To ensure the insulation distance between the phase and the ground, also called hard jumper insulator, to prevent the jumper caused by line trip, wire arc burn, broken strands, broken wires and other phenomena. Solve the important hidden danger of the wire dancing with the wind threatening the safe and stable operation of overhead transmission lines. Product replaceability and versatility:
The product can replace the suspension insulator at the hard jump in the line running in the line. A variety of connecting fittings with the iron tower can be selected by the user, and special specifications of the iron tower connecting fittings can also be customized for the user. Installation is quick and easy.
Product installation method
1. During transportation and installation of windproof composite insulators, the insulator shall be handled with light, and shall not be thrown, and collision and friction with various miscellaneous parts (wires, iron plates, tools, etc.) and hard objects shall be avoided;
2. When lifting, the knot shall be tied on the end accessories. It is strictly prohibited to tie on the umbrella skirt or sheath. When the rope must touch the umbrella skirt and sheath, the contact part shall be wrapped with soft cloth.
3: the windproof composite insulator shall not be used as an auxiliary tool to put (take) the line, so as not to damage the insulator due to impact force or bending moment;
4: it is strictly forbidden to step on the insulator umbrella skirt;
5: When installing the uniform ring, attention should be paid to adjustment so that the ring is perpendicular to the axis of the insulator. For the open C uniform ring, attention should be paid to the same opening direction at both ends to facilitate discharge and protect the umbrella skirt:
